D. PRODUCT ORDER AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of N. 2251/1994, as amended.

You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (unless you have reached the age of eighteen and you are not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.

The registration of VAT and DOU only for orders within Greece from 01.01.2014 is considered necessary for the issuance of the receipt based on the POL. 1207 14/11/2012 ν. 4093/2012 (ΦΕΚ.222).

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING THROUGH E-SHOP:

The consumer is informed by the company through the website before completing his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the shipping costs, the method of payment, delivery, the validity period. and the price of the possible offer and the right of withdrawal.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order, which he can save.

In case the consumer chooses “Custom Size” size, it should be mentioned that it is accepted with all payment methods except cash on delivery and finally their return is not accepted.

a) Orders of customers who in their history have orders that refused to receive and were returned to www.sofialapihos.gr with the indication (NOT INTERESTED) by the courier company, will be accepted only after deposit in a bank.

E. METHOD – TIME – SHIPMENT COST

The deliveries of the products are made in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece through the company SPEEDEX within (7) seven working days and in holiday periods within 9 (nine) working days.

The charges are as follows:

• In the regular season (without discounts) SHIPPING is free for purchases over 50 euros and RETURNS at the customer’s expense.

   

• During the sales period, SHIPPING is free for purchases over 75 euros and RETURNS at the customer’s expense.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, when you deliver it you may finally find that it is not what you wanted or that you did not choose the right number. In this case sofialapihos.gr gives you the opportunity to return the product within a period of fourteen (14) days from its receipt and to replace it with another product that you will choose or with the same in the number that suits you. If the other product or number you selected is not available, we will refund your money by depositing it in your bank account or the amount will be credited to be used in any new order you wish.

If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products you can return the product or products within a period of fourteen (14) days and we will refund your money by deposit in your bank account.

It is clarified that the returned product must be in its original condition. In particular, the returned product must not have been worn beyond testing, ironing, washing or any other cleaning procedure. Also any labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it. Also, the clothes that are on offer are not accepted for return and change except for the number.

In all the above cases the collection / shipping costs (courier and bank costs) are borne by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until receipt.

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can press “cancel” and the ordering process is automatically stopped. After completing the online order and before sending the products, contact us via info@sofialapihos.gr (contact hours 10: 00-1600) and your order will be canceled immediately.

In case a change is requested from the customer, in an order that has already been executed (ie the customer has received an informative e-mail with the shipping number of his order) the customer is charged twice the shipping costs of his order. The same applies to in case the order is returned to www.sofialapihos.gr due to the customer’s indifference to receive it on time and request to be sent again.

Limitations of liability

www.sofialapihos.gr does not give any guarantee for the availability of the products displayed on the website, but guarantees the immediate and timely information of its customers for the non-availability of any of its purchased products.
